This Privacy Policy describes how Lunar Aspect, Inc. ("Lunar Aspect," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit our website at lunaraspect.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Scope: what this policy does and does not cover

This Privacy Policy applies only to our public website and to the information we collect from website visitors, such as people who submit our contact form.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to data processed within the Lunar Aspect application (the "App"). Access to the App is provided to business customers under a written agreement, and any data processed in the App — including any personal data of a customer's own end users — is governed by that agreement and the accompanying Data Processing Addendum (DPA). For App data, our customer is the data controller and Lunar Aspect acts as a data processor on the customer's behalf and under the customer's instructions. If you are an end user of an organization that uses our App and you have questions about how your data is handled, please contact that organization.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any information we collect is subject to the version of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time it is collected. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on the Site and updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate by other means such as email. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which includes:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address

• Company

• Job title

We also collect any information you include when you email us directly (for example, at legal@lunaraspect.com).

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, links you click, the dates and times of your visits, referring pages, and how you navigate and interact with the Site. Our session-analytics provider (Hotjar) may also record this interaction data in the form of heatmaps and session recordings that capture actions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Contact you about our products and services and respond to your inquiries

• Send marketing and promotional communications you have requested

• Operate, analyze, maintain, secure, and improve the Site

You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and Hotjar honors the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:

• Service providers. We share information with vendors that process data on our behalf, namely HubSpot (form handling and marketing), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Hotjar (session analytics). We require these providers to use the information only for the purposes for which it was shared and not to retain it longer than necessary for those purposes.

• Legal and compliance. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our agreements, including this Privacy Policy; and to respond to claims that your use of the Site violates third-party rights.

• Business transfers. If Lunar Aspect is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

• Right to know / access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

• Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

• Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.

• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. You can exercise this by emailing us or by using the Global Privacy Control, which we honor.

• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors (see Children below).

Your rights if you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR)

We market and sell to businesses in the United States, and we do not target the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you are nonetheless located in the EEA or UK and choose to provide personal information through the Site, the following rights may apply: the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Legal bases for processing. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site); and legal obligation (where processing is necessary to comply with the law). We use the information you provide to contact you about our products. By submitting our contact form, you agree to receive these communications. Note that if you decline to provide the information we request, or withdraw your consent, you may be unable to access certain features or communications you have asked for.

Retention of your information

We retain the contact information you submit for as long as you remain an active prospect or subscriber and for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which we delete or anonymize it, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Analytics and cookie data are retained according to the retention settings of our analytics providers. Residual anonymous or aggregate information that does not identify you, directly or indirectly, may be retained indefinitely.

Security

The security of your information is important to us, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect against the loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration of information under our control. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and any information you transmit to us is at your own risk.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible. The Site may contain links to other websites and services. Any information you provide to a third-party website or service is provided directly to that party and is subject to its privacy policy. International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect through the Site is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data of individuals in the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
